A Quick Opiniion (TL;DR)

We help multifamily leaders, whatever their role, turn resident feedback into a clear game plan. Doing that well means we sit on a lot of customer data, and keeping that data secure has always been the job. Now it’s official!

What We Did

We completed our SOC 2 Type I audit against the Security Trust Service Criteria, the same framework enterprise IT and procurement teams use to vet vendors before trusting them with their data. An independent auditor reviewed a ton of our controls across access management, encryption, change management, incident response, and vendor oversight, and confirmed they’re designed and in place the way they should be.

Type II is next. Over the six months or so, our controls will be observed in action.

Why It Matters

Enterprise property management companies increasingly require SOC 2 before they’ll bring on a new vendor, and for good reason. When you’re trusting a platform with resident feedback, satisfaction data, and portfolio-level insight, you deserve proof that data is handled with care, not just a promise.

This certification is that proof. It’s one more reason property leaders can bring Opiniion in with confidence, and one less thing standing between your team and the insight you need to act.
