Heather Schaertl – Heather comes to us with 6 years of content experience and over a decade in the real estate industry bringing her expertise in both to help propel Opiniion forward in our goal of becoming the #1 Resident Satisfaction Software.

Dale Holder – We’re excited to welcome Dale Holder to the Opiniion team as our new Regional Sales Director. With over 35 years of multifamily industry experience, Dale’s expertise spans furniture rental, marketing, ILS, and prop-tech and IT. His extensive involvement with apartment associations at the local, state, and national levels, including serving on the AANC Board of Directors and the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association, reflects his deep commitment to the industry and its growth.

A former University of Utah student majoring in Graphic Design, Toni is now pursuing IT certifications, showcasing their commitment to growth and learning.
