Lindon, Utah (October 2022) – Opiniion, a popular online reputation and customer feedback platform, recently added new members to their team. Levi Williams, Senior Customer Success Manager and Alex Jones, QA Tester. Opiniion believes the asset of Alex and Levi’s skills and background will improve and enhance the various avenues of a Property Management Software company.
Levi Williams – Joining the Opiniion team as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Levi has the background to understand and improve the property management industry. His experience working in support, training, and customer success at Entrata, Levi has a lot to offer Opiniion. He is a Mexican-American on a journey to live a meaningful life by forming quality relationships and inspiring others to do the same – one of the many reasons he’s passionate about Customer Success. When he’s not helping our customers understand their resident experience, you’ll most likely find him on walks, watching movies, reading about emotional intelligence, or eating at his favorite local restaurants.

Alex Jones – Dahlin Purdy, Technical Product Manager, was eager to hire Alex as our QA Tester saying, “Alex is very humble and easy to talk to. He has development experience and understands our tech stack. He’s also been a teacher, which is great for QA because a large part of the job is being able to give constructive feedback.”
Alex has had an impressive history of teaching at a coding bootcamp where he was able to give students a full stack programming course. From front end design such as HTML, CSS & SCSS, and Javascript, to the back end design including Python, SQL & non-SQL databases, and API’s, Alex has built out hands-on projects with his students as a mentor. With all of this experience behind him, Alex is good with communicating, friendliness, and a supportive attitude that Opiniion looks for in its employees. Opiniion is so excited to have him on the team.
