Lindon, Utah (July 20, 2022) – Opiniion, a popular online reputation and customer feedback platform, recently added three new members to their team. Sarah Oldroyd – Review Response Manager, Mycla Figueroa – Billing Assistant, and Jacob Togisala – Onboarding Specialist. Opiniion is excited to welcome each of them and feels they are a good fit to their departments and to the ever-growing, Opiniion family.
Sarah Oldroyd – Previously working as paralegal, Sarah comes to us as our newest Review responder. “Sarah has jumped right in and done an amazing job leading our review response team,” said Brad Merrill, Director of Client Success. “We love her proactive approach to making sure that the clients she represents are spoken for in a consistent and respectful manner. We are so happy that she joined the team.”
Mycla Figueroa – Joining Opiniion as our newest Billing Specialist, Mycla’s work hisorty includes working as a medical assistant and pharmacy technician. Mycla was immediately recognized as a hard worker, and a great addition to the Opiniion family. “Mycla has quickly become an invaluable asset to the billing team. Her dedication and enthusiasm shine through in everything she does, and we are truly grateful for her commitment to excellence. From day one, she has embraced her responsibilities and her ability to adapt and learn quickly has been impressive. Jacob Togisala – Following his experience at Vivint, Jake comes to Opiniion as the newest Onboarding Specialist. As he begins his role here, Jake will face clients, offering them trainings and answering relative questions about Opiniion, how it works, and what benefits new clients receive by signing on with Opiniion. He is currently studying Public Relations at UVU and hopes to use his position at Opiniion to build strong relationships with his team and the industry. Brad Merrill, Director of Client Success said, “We are so glad to have Jake join us on our onboarding team. He jumped in with both feet and been a tremendous help to the whole team. He is always asking what else he can do and looking for ways to help make a difference.” We are excited to have him as a part of the team.
