Paige Thorne – Billing Assistant, Molly Hamburger – Sales Representative, Osmin Azuara Espita – Onboarding Specialist and Kayla Johnson – People Operations Specialist. Opiniion is excited to welcome each of them and feels they are a good fit to their departments and to the ever-growing Opiniion family.
Paige Thorne – Currently attending Southern Utah University for her master’s degree in business Analytics and Accountancy, Paige joins us as our newest Billing Assistant. Although she doesn’t come from a background in billing, Paige found us in her search for a career that she could find joy in. Desaree Curtis, Billing Manager shared, “Paige has seamlessly assimilated into the rhythm of Opiniion, demonstrating a remarkable aptitude for learning and adapting to our processes with impressive speed. Her swift integration into the team has been a breath of fresh air, bringing much-needed expertise and enthusiasm to the table. Molly Hamburger – With over ten years of experience in the multifamily industry, starting as a local sales rep in the Minneapolis market, Molly gradually moved into a management role where she fell in love with mentoring and coaching. With her extensive background, Molly strives to understand the market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape of the Multifamily space, leveraging her pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership expertise to drive revenue generation, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. She is a lifelong learner who enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and attending innovation, strategy, and coaching webinars – and a perfect fit for us. “We are lucky to have Molly as a part of this team. Osmin Azuara Espitia – Born with an appreciation for “the grind,” Osmin holds comprehensive entrepreneurial experience starting at 6 years old with a self-started water route in the Bronx of New York, extending all the way to a garage-startup, enterprise company called Bevy. Along with this substantial business experience, Osmin additionally holds experience in sales and crisis intervention. Today, he is exploring many different career opportunities, keeping an open mind and eager to learn, grow, and contribute wherever his skills align. Brad Merrill, Director of Client Success said about Osmin, “Oz has been worth the wait. We had to wait a few months to be able to get Oz to come work on our team, and we are so glad we did. He has quickly made a difference learning the system, and onboarding clients. We are so excited to get to work with him into the future.” We are excited to have him as a part of the team.
Kayla Johnson – With a bachelor’s in human communication and a senior professional in human resources certification, Kayla joins the Opiniion team as the newest People Operations Specialist. Returning to the work force with many years of Human Resource experiences under her belt, Kayla has expressed her passion for the job and sees it as a great way to connect with people and bring them together as a team. “Kayla’s addition to our team came at a crucial time, filling a significant gap in our understaffed HR department,” said Devin Shurtleff, Chief Operations Officer at Opiniion. “Her hard work and dedication have been a perfect match for our needs, her few short weeks here have already made a huge difference. She’s quick to step in and solve problems and has been exceeding all expectations. I know the team is going to love having her here.”
